This website is operated by London Brewery Tours ("we", "us", "our"), based at 21 Druid St, London SE1 2HH. You can reach us at info@londonbrewerytour.com or on 07418 310015. By using this website, booking a tour or joining our mailing list, you agree to these terms.
2. Mailing list & your data
If you join our mailing list we will use your email address to send you news and offers. We will not sell your details to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop emailing you. We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law.
3. Bookings & tours
- All guests must be aged 18 or over. We may ask for ID and can refuse entry without a refund if it cannot be provided.
- Prices are per person as shown at the time of booking and may change for future dates.
- Tickets for our public tours are sold and processed by UK Brewery Tours through their booking partner. The booking terms shown at that checkout apply to your ticket, alongside these terms.
- What's included is described on the relevant tour page. Taproom and venue line-ups can change at short notice depending on opening hours and availability; we'll always aim to provide an equivalent experience.
- Please arrive on time. Tours run to a schedule and we cannot delay the group or offer refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Re-scheduling and cancellation are handled under the terms shown at the checkout when you book. As a rule, cancellations inside 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
- Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.
4. Responsible drinking & conduct
We promote responsible drinking. We operate a Challenge 25 approach and reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately. We may remove guests from a tour, without refund, for abusive, unsafe or anti-social behaviour. You take part in our tours at your own discretion and are responsible for your own conduct. 5. Gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers are issued by UK Brewery Tours, delivered by email, and do not expire.
- They hold a monetary value and can be redeemed against any of our tours, subject to availability.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable or that arises from circumstances outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for your personal belongings during a tour.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your booking at the time it is made.
