1. Who we are
This website is operated by London Brewery Tours ("we", "us", "our"), based at 21 Druid St, London SE1 2HH. You can reach us at info@londonbrewerytour.com or on 07418 310015. By using this website, booking a tour or joining our mailing list, you agree to these terms.
2. Free-tour mailing list promotion
From time to time we offer mailing-list subscribers the chance to come on a tour for free. The following applies to that promotion:
- No purchase is necessary to join the mailing list or to be eligible.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK.
- Free places are awarded at our discretion. Details of how and when winners are selected will be set out in the relevant email or campaign.
- A free place is for one space on a scheduled public tour, subject to availability and advance booking. It is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- Winners will be contacted by email and may need to respond within a stated time to claim their place.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time. Joining the mailing list does not guarantee a free tour, and we do not promise any particular frequency of giveaways.
- Standard tour conditions (including the 18+ and responsible-drinking policy below) apply to free places.
3. Mailing list & your data
If you join our mailing list we will use your email address to send you news, offers and details of giveaways. We will not sell your details to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop emailing you. We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law.
4. Bookings & tours
- All guests must be aged 18 or over. We may ask for ID and can refuse entry without a refund if it cannot be provided.
- Prices are per person as shown at the time of booking and may change for future dates.
- What's included is described on the relevant tour page. Taproom and venue line-ups can change at short notice depending on opening hours and availability; we'll always aim to provide an equivalent experience.
- Please arrive on time. Tours run to a schedule and we cannot delay the group or offer refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
- You can re-schedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.
5. Responsible drinking & conduct
We promote responsible drinking. We operate a Challenge 25 approach and reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately. We may remove guests from a tour, without refund, for abusive, unsafe or anti-social behaviour. You take part in our tours at your own discretion and are responsible for your own conduct. 6. Gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
- They can be redeemed against any of our tours, subject to availability.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable or that arises from circumstances outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for your personal belongings during a tour.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your booking or entry at the time it is made.
